Project Context & Scope
Postnatal rehabilitation workshop delivered at Up Studio Sunshine Coast, focused on educating postpartum clients about diastasis rectus abdominis (DRA), pelvic floor function and safe exercise progressions to support healing and long-term core stability.
Responsibilities & Contributions
Developed workshop curriculum and structured learning sequence
Researched and wrote educational content and supporting handouts
Created diagrams to explain muscle function and assessment technique
Designed and produced the Mummy Core & Pelvic Floor Workshop Handout (PDF)
Facilitated in-studio workshop session, instruction and guided exercise practice
Provided follow-up assessment and progression recommendations for ongoing training clients
